It’s a good idea to get started on my own land or a rental. I will need time and resources to become more self-sufficient. If semi-rural, will miss girls. Consider townhouse with roof access, or house with a yard.
Buy motorhome, used bus, minivan, airport transport van. to promote website/apps, or a used bus, will give raised bed, stability, instant house, to live on the land. Build tightly and have small, tall windows so can sleep with screens open.
