LIGHTING - Get Oil Absorbing Sheets or Oil Blotting Wipes for when you go on camera. You’d be surprised at how taking some of the oil off your face makes you look much better on camera under the lights or in direct sun.
If you are using a single light set up always use a diffuser dome of some kind.
And try to use Bicolor or RGB, lights called COB lights.
If you have darker skin use a lantern diffuser and try to also warm the temperature of the lighting for more flattering and natural skin tones.
